Last week we had a glimpse at the Macaframa project during London’s Bicycle Film Festival. Recently the lucky people of San Fransisco got a preview showing of the whole film. Rumour has it skating legend John Cardiel makes an appearance. Personally I can’t wait to see it.

We went to the Cycle Show 2008 in Earl’s Court today. Andy and Ian were promoting Fixed-Mag, Ted was representing for Charge, and Odge, Jacob and I were there as FGLDN. We saw all kinds of interesting stuff, from the Chinelli X Barry McGee bike, Canondale lefties, wooden Dia Compe grips, the Continental ladys, Austrian herbal lemonade, Rapha Jackets for 450 pound, the Condor X Richard James bike (which was pretty dope; by the way the whole Condor crew was wearing suits – maybe also by Richard James?), the golden Charge bike, to people doing aerobics in bike gear on a big stage… We did set ourselves the goal to take a picture of every fixed gear bike exihibited in that place, and we have nearly a hundred, and I know we missed out a few. We’ll publish a gallery by the end of the weekend! If you’re anywhere near Earl’s Court visit us at the show! Some of us will be there tomorrow, some Saturday.
