Continental Super Sport +…

image from…HERE!
When I was in Tokyo Andy from Fixed-Mag and 14 Bike Co. gave me this tire to try out. It is a Continental Super Sport Plus. Continental says they had Track Bikes in mind when redesigning this Conti Classic. Like the very popular Vittoria Randonneur the Super Sport Plus uses a belt(YELLOW) under tread to push away debris rather than letting it puncture through. This belt also allows one to ride the tire even after wearing through the top layer of rubber.

Bright Trade Show & 14 Bike Co…
R0011441, originally uploaded by fixedgearlondon.com.
I (Andy / fixedgearlondon) have been working with 14 Bike Co & The bright trade show on a very special project over the last few months…
This is a sneaky shot of the Collaboration between D*face & Bright & 14 Bike Co…
It’s the 10th Bright trade show this weekend and each show has had it’s own specific colorway over the years. As the guys behind Bright are fanatic about bikes and especially fixed gear, we thought it would be amazing to use the 10 colorways, as a guide for each artist (from 10 different cities) to create a unique one off frame. Each frame and fork has been hand made by 14 Bike Co in Coventry.
Most of the finished frames will be on show at Bright this weekend, along with artist renderings for the remaining frames.
All frames will be auctioned off for a charity that Bright has been working with.
The artists involved are from…
London – D*face
Paris
Barcelona
Rotterdam
Frankfurt
Tokyo
Berlin
Korea
San Francisco
New York
More info will follow!!
