Sunny London!
This week the weather has been great. It was my day off from work and I couldn’t miss out, had to jump on my bike today and went for a ride around London. Lets hope the weather holds on for a while, enjoy riding everyone!
richmond park
Awesome weather today, decided to go for a ride around Richmond park with my buddy Gabe from Richmond, Virginia. It was pretty enjoyable, I see why people totally jizz over that place. The deer were sweet too

Vans x Marvel!
Im a big fan of Marvel Comic and Vans has colab with them this year. The Marvel x Vans Classics Spring 2013 Collection is now available at select stockist’s and as for the special edition of the Era – featuring a group collage of the Avengers – is set to drop in March. Need this!
Red Hook Crit – World Series
This years 2013 Red Hook Crit will be sponsored by Rockstar games the people who bought you the ever so popular Grand Theft Auto. For myself, this is a big thing on the fixed bike world and I wish I could go and watch one race. This race will have the best of the best riders competing each other, showing their fitness and strength also street-tuned handling skills. Each riders has different back grounds skills to a messenger, track specialists or just an urban rider. The first race will be on March 30th at Brooklyn Cruise Terminal then June 8th Brooklyn Navy Yard, August 24th Barcelona, Spain, last race will be early October in Milan, Italy. Can’t wait to see the video for it!

surrey hills
As much as I enjoy cycling in London, there’s a lot to be said about riding in the English countryside. This image was from a ride I went on with my dad not too long ago, along the lines of a ride to Brighton but more east so as to get some more hills in there. At points it was a little intense to be doing brakeless, just because on the really steep stuff there were cars around overtaking and cutting corners, but it was great. When I get a couple of days off and a bit of halfway decent weather I’m getting back out there.
Also, I’ve been reading a bit of this book by Mike Carter which is pretty sweet, called One Man and his Bike. It’s a kind of journal following his 5,000 mile cycle around the coast of Britain and all the crap he got up to doing it. I’ve been enjoying it quite a bit, maybe you should check it out. pew pew pew

Spike handlebars
Spike parts have released there 2013 Fixed gear freestyle handlebars. The 2piece v3 bar is the product of months of testing by me, Oscar Khan, Torey Thornton, Jacob Ruff. The third edition is 4.9 inches rise and comes in nickel black, matte black and chrome. The savage bar features a 4 piece construction with a slanted crossbar for extra strength. Its rise is 4.7 and comes in matte black and chrome. Both bars are 29 inches wide.
